Peace Leaders Care Center was founded by Alida Cortes, whose passion for serving the community has guided her work for more than 15 years. Through community outreach and advocacy, she has supported individuals, families, and underserved populations by connecting them with trusted resources that improve their health, financial stability, and overall well-being.
As she worked closely with families and local entrepreneurs, Alida recognized that many clients needed support beyond health insurance. Many were starting businesses or needed assistance with personal and business taxes, business formation, accounting, and payroll services. This growing need inspired the creation of Prime Business Solutions, a division of Peace Leaders dedicated to helping individuals and businesses build a stronger financial future.
Today, Alida is a licensed Health Insurance Agent and an IRS-authorized tax professional, authorized to electronically file federal tax returns. She is committed to providing accurate, reliable, and personalized service with integrity, professionalism, and care.
